Key
Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
Perform administrative tasks crucial for efficient operations.
Generate and prepare financial data and reports, utilizing MS Excel, as requested by the Controller.
Execute timely journal entries to ensure accurate account balances.
Support audit processes, including preparation and response to inquiries from regulatory bodies.
Serve as a backup for the payroll function, ensuring seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of an Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked remotely.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
Previous experience with Sage accounting software is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and a proven track record of reliable performance, as evidenced by strong references.
