Qualifications:
Covid-19 vaccination requiredJob Duties:
Deliver new admission charts and initiate forms for admission preparation.
Fax physicians' orders daily, ensuring prompt communication.
Organize and maintain an orderly nurses' station.
Screen incoming calls for nursing, forwarding messages promptly.
Schedule appointments with physicians for residents.
Document information as directed by Nursing Administration.
Notify Food Service of any dietary changes.
