Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a recruiting coordinator that performs duties and carries out responsibilities primarily related to recruitment and compliance.
Requires well developed interpersonal and team skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence and presence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships and sensitive employee issues.
Possible hybrid/remote opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Support Hiring Managers with recruitment efforts for various Corporate Services positions in the firm, utilizing iCIMS and external recruitment sites.
Attend college/university career fairs and other recruiting events/activities, will require some travel.
Conduct initial phone screenings.
Source college students on LinkedIn/Recruiter.
Research and contact professors at colleges and universities.
Communicate with applicants throughout the interview process.
Assist the Campus Recruiters with scheduling of career fairs, summer internship program, DEI Outreach & Compliance, and other special projects.
Update files and candidate information as needed.
Post jobs to various platforms.
Research AEC job posting sites, manage password list for team.
Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, as needed.
Elevate issues to appropriate HR staff as necessary.
May be assigned special projects on occasion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum of 0-2 years of related experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with and communicate effectively with all personnel and potential candidates.
Display ease at speaking and interacting with individuals and groups.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Ability to work with and maintain confidential and sensitive information as well as have conversation with others regarding confidential and sensitive information.
Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS preferred.
Proficient in MS Office with ability to run reports and manipulate data.
Physical Requirements:
Extended period of time operating a computer in a stationary position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
