Slice Merchant Services is seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable Technical Support Specialist who will be assisting our clients with a smooth and efficient equipment setup process as well as troubleshooting. This individual MUST be enthusiastic about supporting our clients by offering customer satisfaction & reliable technical support.
Responsibilities:
ANSWERING A LARGE NUMBER OF INCOMING TROUBLESHOOTING CALLS
SOLVING TECHNICAL ISSUES
FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE ALL EQUIPMENT IS WORKING PROPERLY
MAKE ACCURATE DECISIONS
PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION
Requirements:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
