The Welcome Ambassador is responsible for providing a warm and friendly welcome. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest service and ensure that guests and patients are kept updated on wait times. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for checking Emergency Care Center patients in , registering them in and keeping them at ease while they wait to be seen by a traige nurse and doctor. They will also act as the switchboard operator routing all incoming and internal calls, as well as performing all overhead paging and code calls. This is the ideal position for someone that enjoys guest interaction, resolving problems, and working in a fast paced environment.
